We're here to talk about it.
The Women's Center of Greater Danbury

We are a non-profit organization with a vision to end the violence against women, men and children, to foster equality and empowerment for all. We serve the needs of individuals and families in the Northern Fairfield and Southern Litchfield county communities of Bethel, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Danbury, Kent, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Redding, Ridgefield, Roxbury, Sherman, and Washington. We provide prevention, crisis intervention, and support services with regard to domestic violence, sexual assault, and other major life transitions. Our free and confidential services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We're here to talk about it.

Annual Breakfast

"Hearts of Hope"

The Women’s Center of Greater Danbury will host our 11th annual Hearts of Hope Breakfast on Wednesday, February 6th from 7:30-9:00am at the Fox Hill Inn in Brookfield, CT.
This year we will be honoring John Royce for his tremendous support of the Women's Center as the Founder of the Hearts of Hope Breakfast. In addition, our guest speaker, Lisa Whelan, will share her story and talk about what empowered her to become an advocate against domestic abuse.
As you know, the Women’s Center provides the greater Danbury area with valuable services, including emergency shelter and support services, counseling and advocacy, crisis intervention, and community education, primary prevention and training.
We encourage you to reserve your seat as soon as possible, as seating is limited and this event sells out each year. If you have any questions, please contact Linda Cummins, Special Events Manager, at (203) 731-5200, ext. 232, or This email address is being protected from spambots.
