Vision

Our vision is to end the violence against women, men and children and to foster equality and empowerment for all.

Mission

Our mission is to serve the needs of individuals, families and the community with prevention, crisis intervention and support services with regard to domestic violence, sexual assault and other major life crises.

We achieve this mission through our strongly committed team of dedicated staff, direct service and board of director volunteers, and with the help of our many partners, from individuals and governments to local nonprofits and corporations. Together, they help us to sustain the provision of high quality, professional services for all who turn to us for help, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Our Logo and Colors

In keeping with our mission the colors of the Women's Center are symbolic, as purple and teal are associated on a national level with organizations against domestic violence and sexual assault.  Our logo is symbolic too as it represents a safe destination - both physical and mental.
